Stores across Marion, Polk, and Linn counties joined together to donate 6 new traction tires for Com 1. Plus a couple of spares! An incredible feat since Com 1 has non-standard tire sizes.

SARCOM received a $600 grant from the Sunrise rotary club to purchase new antennas, high-quality coax lines, rechargable handheld radio batteries, and a license for our mapping software.

During a search operation in 2017, Com 1 was damaged in a minor collision on the return trip home. Traditional Auto Body donated their work to repair the damage.
